Britni was hired for a minor child under the age of 12. The issues were safety (physical and health related), criminals w/access to the child, accountability, and issues with honesty. Britni did not understand the scope and did not fully investigate before giving a rushed recommendation to the court.... Britni conveniently left out the fact that she knew the opposing parties counsel which would have changed the initial agreement to hire her. Britni does not have enough experience to make recommendations for children when there are multiple issues. She was more worried about benefit of the doubt then proof even when lies were shown/admitted to her and she acknowledged them. The amount of money charged and paid to not follow through with "required" items/things to be able to make an informed recommendation is fraudulent. Please do not hire her if you and the other parent don't agree on everything. Britni is not interested in actually working or investigating for the best interest of the child(ren). Britni is only worried about her court deadlines and payments to be made.
