I would like to say that Mr. Schawo did complete my bankruptcy. The whole process was very disconcerting. He is very disorganized and I had to call him many times before he would call me back. He is not licensed in Ok. Immediately after our discharge was final, Mr. Schawo initiated a follow up visit... and told my husband and I he could discharge some other debt that previously was told to us was not dischargable. He took our money and we did not hear from him again until many months after, in spite of our many phone calls to him without being able to make contact and none were returned. We wrote a letter with our concerns and request for full refund of our money, we received a partial check back with a note to explain he charged us the 'time' he spent in researching our claim but found he would not be able to help us. This is after HE intiated the visit and told us he would be able to discharge the additional debt. He promised many things without any follow through. I would NOT recommend him to anyone.
