I've been happily engaged in the practice of law since October of 1976. My wife recently retired as a CRNFA who worked for Oklahoma's largest group of neurosurgeons for 33 years. We met while I was defending a claim of traumatic brain injury by a young man in his 20s who was involved in a rear-end automobile collision. About two-thirds of my legal career was on the insurance defense side. The most recent third was representing injured individuals in a wide variety of cases including semi-truck collisions, oil field accidents, and automobile accidents. I also have experience in insurance policy provisions and coverages and commercial litigation and collections.
