Kevin L Miller

I am a native Oklahoman.  I have practiced law in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma  for over 40 years. My practice areas are: estate planning (trusts and wills), elder law, probate, ancillary probate, estate administration, trust administration, powers of attorney, advance directives, guardianships/conservatorships and special needs trusts.  I provide life and estate planning services for LGBTQ individuals, couples and families.

 I also have extensive experience in business/corporate law, including but not limited to business entity selection and formation, contracts and contract negotiations, the purchase and sale of businesses, real estate and commercial litigation.

 I am licensed to practice in all state district courts in Oklahoma. 

On the federal level, I am licensed to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, the U.S. District Court in Nebraska and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.  

 I am a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, American Bar Association.  I am an active member of the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust  section of the Oklahoma Bar Association. I am also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
