Shouldn't go on your record as an adult since you were a minor.

Contact the court clerk and ask them. You will have to pay a small fee.

You can add a second guardianship. If you get emergency custody, you will have physical custody of the child.

Hire an attorney to do a guardianship. Guardianships are a lot of paperwork.
