If something happens to one parent, the other parent automatically gets custody absent a guardianship.
Lawyer calculated child support wrong and the judge signed off on the papers. Can this be fixed?

It can be fixed with a Motion to vacate or correct the order. See an attorney as theirnis special paperwork to file.

You can file a case now but nothing can be done until after the baby is born. He also may ask for a DNA test.
