Myself and a couple business partners decided to make our small company official and we used Mr. Niroula's firm to draft our LLC operating agreement. Old school type lawyer...he is practicing law for the love of it. Ya just don't find these types anymore. Most are into the business for revenue. Mr. Niroula is not.
