Your daughter can have sex with almost whomever she pleases now. A 16 year old can legally have sex with almost anyone aged 15 on up in Oklahoma....

Y'all can legally have sex in Oklahoma. The age of consent here is 16. You'll have to ask a Texas attorney to see if it's legal for you to have sex...
