Several years ago, my daughter and I were struck by a company vehicle that ran a red light. Due to a few details, a settlement between the insurance companies was not going to be made. We contacted Marcus thru a referral to handle our case and help the other driver accept liability. Marcus and Cind...y were extremely pleasant to work with throughout the process. Near the end of 2018, my vehicle was rear ended and totaled in a hit and run. Again, Marcus helped us in a timely manner from start to finish. We've been extremely happy with his services and would gladly recommend him to others.

One of the first calls made after my accident was to Marcus. He has handled my husband's accident 5 years previously and he provided excellent care through that process. He gave immediate advice on an emergency room and driving myself to the emergency room over taking the ambulance. (We called him... from the site of the wreck.) He was basically walking through this ordeal with us from the very beginning. He helped steer me to doctors and chiropractors that I could trust and made certain that I was receiving quality care. Marcus is not one of those people that will take the first offer just to get his cut and move on, he negotiated solidly on my behalf and kept me in the loop. He and Emily were great about returning calls and emails. I never doubted that I was in good hands. Marcus is an excellent attorney and an even better human being.
