Brian Jones

Brian Ted Jones is an attorney at Ball Morse Lowe, PLLC with a practice focused on criminal defense and litigation. He believes every case is unique, and every client deserves thoughtful and compassionate representation tailored to their own personal circumstances and the facts of their case.

Brian’s experience in criminal defense is wide-ranging and comprehensive. In addition to representing clients in federal, state, municipal, administrative, traffic, and tribal courts, Brian has substantial experience in civil litigation arising out of criminal matters, including in the areas of property forfeiture, sex offender registration, the Open Records Act, civil rights, professional licensing, driver’s licensing, records expungement, victim’s protective orders, and civil contempt.

In addition to being a seasoned trial lawyer and courtroom advocate, Brian is also an experienced appellate attorney, who’s represented clients in all three of Oklahoma’s appellate courts. He spent 2016 as director of education for Kirkpatrick Foundation, where he provided public education and non-partisan analysis on State Question 777, a constitutional amendment related to agriculture.
