Tenancity tempered with compassion is my mission statement. I recognize that being involved in a court case is an emotionally draining event for someone. I have been practicing family law long enough to confidently navigate my way through all trial proceedings and am a commanding force in a courtroom. I have been described as a "bull dog in high heels". I am constantly seeking new ways to learn. My next training is a two day intensive training about cross examination in Park City Utah. I serve as a staff member for the Oklahoma Bar Association Family Law Section Trial Advocacy Institute. I was selected to attend the prestigious the three week Trial Lawyer College, conducted by Gerry Spence in Dubois Wyoming, described as the world's best trial attorney. I graduated from the American Bar Association Family Law Section National Institute for Trial Advocacy Family Law Advocacy Institute in Boulder Colorado. These are just some of the many training and education programs I have attended to keep my skills sharp. My husband is not an attorney. But he is an avid hunter. He and I have traveled the United States and Canada hunting. My only child is grown and living in NYC. My furbaby is an Australian Shepherd. He is the baby of the family.

Really smart lady
I will give Ms. Snell a rating of 2 1/2 on a scale of one to five. Ms. Snell is one of the smartest lawyers I know. And very comfortable with the judges, which is important. Ms. Snell was one of the first to pick up on the newish trend of the courts in support of extreme father's rights. However,...

Excellent family attirney
Ms. Woodrow provided my family with peace of mind by preparing legal documents to ensure custody rights of my grandchildren while their parents were out of the country. She was very thorough in her preparations and sought to resolve issues before they occurred. I appreciated her sensitivity as wel...

Court of Appeals affirmed the trial court decision.
The trial court ordered joint custody over the mother's objection. My client, dad, named primary custodian. The trial court found that the parties' lapses in common courtesy or outbursts of hostility did not prevent joint custody from working.
The supreme court ruled in my client's favor. The DHS worker was allowed to testify about the child's statements of child abuse. The statement was allowed under residual hearsay, 12 OS Sect. 2803(24).
