Rachael E. Dewberry is a Norman native and University of Oklahoma graduate, where she achieved a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism in 1999. She then went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma in 2002 and has been actively practicing law since that time.
Rachael spent her early years of practice as an Assistant District Attorney in Tulsa County where she prosecuted deprived, misdemeanor, and felony cases. Named Outstanding Misdemeanor Prosecutor, Rachael learned the art of presenting a case before a jury and during her tenure with the District Attorney’s Office, she tried over thirty jury trials.
After leaving the District Attorney’s Office, Rachael worked for the District Attorney’s Council as the state-wide Domestic Violence Prosecutor helping small counties strengthen their domestic violence prosecution efforts throughout Oklahoma.
A member of the Oklahoma State Bar Association, Rachael also belongs to the Cleveland County and Oklahoma County Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Court in the Northern District.
Rachael resides in Norman, Oklahoma and has two darling sons.
