One of my brothers, who lived in the Norman area, passed away in 2015. We, another brother and I, were referred to Mr. Barrett, and stopped in to his office without an appointment. He was able to meet with us and despite not having time to prepare for us, was gracious enough to discuss how we could... settle probate for our deceased brother. My brother died without a will; I was established as the personal representative for his estate. Even though I live in California, Mr. Barrett assured us that he could manage the process effectively. Throughout the process, I was impressed with Mr. Barrett's calm manner, knowledge, as well as, his detailed and clear communication. Probate is a lengthy process and it was comforting to know I could count on quickly being able to talk with Mr. Barrett about any matters that arose. His advice and counsel was extremely beneficial during many stages of the proceedings including not only probate court matters, but also, the short-sale of my brother's house.
