Jennifer Renee Willey

Jennifer Willey is a dedicated, versatile, and detail-oriented attorney with 14 years of law firm experience, licensed in the states of Oklahoma, Ohio, and Texas, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Western, Eastern, and Northern Districts of Oklahoma. Jennifer has considerable corporate legal expertise cultivated by years of working in litigation and transactional matters for clients pertaining to the financial services profession.

Jennifer’s extensive experience includes client representation in fractional general counsel services, corporate defense, litigation, regulatory defense, enforcement, and compliance to national Broker-Dealers, Registered Representatives, Registered Investment Advisers, and Investment Adviser Representatives. She has a proven track record, including successfully defending or settling more than 110 arbitration cases across more than 35 different states in addition to defending hundreds of clients in FINRA inquiries, SEC examinations and investigations, state regulatory registrations, inquiries and examinations brought by state regulators and professional organizations. Jennifer also serves as a FINRA arbitrator.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two boys, and three dogs. Some of her favorite activities include watching sports and movies, traveling, and attending Pure Barre classes.
