Les Bennett Jr.

Les primarily focuses his practice on debt collection/replevin actions, general civil litigation, and Estate Planning & Probate, serving clients by preparing customized estate plans tailor-made to fit their specific needs, as well as Corporate compliance and formation, preparing Articles of Incorporation, corporate minutes, and various other business compliance documents.  He provides an interesting perspectve for his clients, having previously practiced Tax Law, aiding clients with their liabilities with both the IRS and the Oklahoma Tax Commission.  

He attended Southern Nazarene University from 2008-2012, where he was a Zig Ziglar Scholar and member of the Men's choir.  He graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy.  

He then attended Oklahoma City University School of Law, studying Business tax law, Estate Planning, and Advanced Trust Law, as well as Contract Drafting, and graduated in 2015 with his Juris Doctor and passed the July 2015 Bar Exam.

Les, his wife Olivia, daughter Alayna, and son Tyke are active members of Bethany First Church of the Nazarene.  In his spare time he enjoys hanging out with his two dogs, Dozer and Grady, and smoking brisket while watching his Texas Longhorns.
