Ashley Nicole McCord

I became a lawyer to be a problem solver, and I work with clients to navigate the legal obstacles and hurdles in both their personal and professional lives. My passion is using my legal skills to help your business become a success. You have goals for your business and I’m here to help you realize those goals. As part of our Real Estate and Landlord/Tenant practices, I work with real estate investors and lenders by providing foreclosures, evictions, quiet titles, and help with other adversarial matters. With small businesses of every type, I’m here to help from initial organization to more complex issues as your business expands and faces new challenges.

In addition to real estate, business, and commercial law matters, I’m excited to help families grow and prepare for the future, including adoption and surrogacy issues. I’m here to help individuals and families with premarital agreements, antenuptial agreements, estate planning, and contingency planning for childcare.

My mission is to help my community navigate the procedural difficulties of modern life by helping them protect and grow their families, businesses, and resources. A failure to plan is a plan to fail. My practice is informed by the belief that the special relationship between a lawyer and client is similar to a close friendship where one friend, the lawyer, listens with an open mind and helps the other friend, the client, achieve their goals.

Outside of the courtroom, Ashley is passionate about promoting child literacy. Ashley is also admitted to practice in the state of Alabama.
