David Lawrence Moore

Has been working on probate case for over 4 yrs. Filed same papers twice and charged me for it. He sent letter to judge when I notified court about how long it was taking ,to make it look like I was not giving him info he needed when he had already filed that information. Has been hateful to the chil...dren who are beneficiaries and will not talk with them. He fired the clerk who first started the probate and hired his daughter who now always tells me that was started before she worked there and she does not know anything about it. Told me one time he had given it to another lawyer who worked with him. I went to office and the other lawyer knew nothing and could not even find file. Plan for all of us to file complaint with lawyers board if not finished in 3 weeks, which is 30 days past deadline the judge gave him.
