Child Visitation
Horrible attorney and staff! Ruined routine visitation scheduling. Lied constantly. Overcharged. Misrepresented my wishes as her client. Improperly filed wrong wishes on my behalf that were signed by the judge. Would not recommend Neva for anything.

Horrible experience!!!
Neva Witt completely dropped the ball in my case. I basically had to do all the legwork with my case; had to retreive documents, fax documents, check when my hearings scheduled. The staff is even worse, very uneducated and lazy!!! Needless to say, my case did not turn out favorably and would never...
