I am a professor at the University of Arkansas and in mid-2017 I was looking for a lawyer that would help my family with the Green Card application. After chatting with a few lawyers we decided to go with Rob: he was a fairly young professional who, after working for other firms for years, decided to... start his own business. We were very happy with our choice. From a purely professional point of view, Rob has always been responsive and eager to help with our questions or doubts - we would send them mostly via email, but we asked for a few extra meetings to clarify a few things. He has been professional in all our conversations, using precise language but also explaining in simple words that legal terms or situations that we would not understand/follow. He has been upfront about the costs; the only thing he had been a bit optimistic about the timeline, but these were the first few months of the new president, and many things changed (including timelines, which expanded quite a bit). He is on the conservative side — I had been invited for an important international conference in Mexico, but he suggested me not to attend it until the Green Card process had been cleared. As he admitted, his suggestion was purely because of his conservative approach (less travel when your GC process is still undergoing, less potential issues and misunderstanding). Anyway, to be on the safe side, I followed his advice and I have no regrets. A friend in NYC said he asked his lawyer to put pressure to the local GC office to reduce the timeline; well, we never did it and we suspect Rob woul have not done it. All in all, we really appreciated both his easy going style for informal conversations, and his professional attitude whenever we were discussing our formal matter. So, back to the beginning of this review, we were very happy we chose Rob for our case.
