Jonathan Joseph Vander Horst

This man is very incompetent. A woman fled with her young children from her home state to Arkansas, to avoid being found in contempt again in family court, and hired this boy thru a non-profit legal aid service, Legal Aid of Arkansas. Legal Aid of Arkansas is a service provided to low income Arkansa...ns. He attempted a 10 year protective order for the children against their loving father. Jonathan achieved three months, which ended December 2025. It is now September 2026 and I have yet to see my daughters, even though I am court-ordered every weekend visitation. He was so incompetent that he told the mother not to go to family court, and he sent the family court judge the protective order. Jonathan Vander Horst is a rookie who seems to be willing to take on any case, no matter the red flags or obvious lies. I highly suggest he be mentally evaluated, and I will be contacting Arkansas Supreme Court’s Office of Professional Conduct to file a grievance. Please pray for him and any of his future clients, for justice shall prevail.
