I argued an appeal from a Public Service Commission ruling on C&P Telephone Co.'s proposed rates. I was successful in proving that the commission acted arbitrarily and capriciously in denying millions ... of dollars of legitimate expenses. Also I was able to prove successfully math errors by the Commission that resulted in C&P receiving about half a million dollars.
