My name is Hadley Hindmarsh and my Rogers, Arkansas law practice is focused on family law--divorce, custody, child support, spousal support (alimony), grandparent guardianship and all that comes with it. Practicing family law is not for everyone. Helping clients who are often experiencing the most significant emotional turmoil of their lives is challenging; but years ago, I chose to focus on family law because I went to law school to help real people with real struggles everyday.
What I did not know when I first began practicing law was that one of the great joys of my life would come as an attorney ad litem. As an attorney ad litem, I represent the best interests of children in high conflict child custody cases. These cases revolve around unresolved, ongoing conflict between parents. My job is to conduct an independent investigation in the custody case, advocate for the child's best interests and make recommendations to assist the parties in settling their disagreements or to the court at trial. Working with the children I represent is the best part of my job.
LIke you, I have a life outside my office. When not working, I am frequently driving one or more of my three boys around town, folding laundry or grilling chicken. Fortunately, my husband and fellow attorney, Stuart Hindmarsh (Kutak Rock, LLP - Fayetteville) helps me out and brings me Reese's Peanut Butter cups on a regular basis.
If you would like to speak with me about helping you out, please call my office at for an appointment.

I needed help pertaining to family law. It involved protection of children & temporary guardianship.
