Nicholas Robert Hood

Mr. Hood graduated Summa Cum Laude from Missouri Valley College in 2008 with a dual-degree in Economics and Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. He obtained his Juris Doctorate cum laude from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2011, where he was a member of the honors program and served on the governing board of the Moot Court Society. Mr. Hood was also a publishing note-writer for the Valparaiso University Law Review (No Requirement Left Behind: The Inadvertent Discovery Requirement—Protecting Citizens One File at a Time, 45 Val. U. L. Rev. 1529 (2011)) and was honored as Valpo Law’s Best Oralist during the 2009 Annual Swygert Moot Court Competition for his skills in written and oral advocacy. Mr. Hood is licensed to practice law in Arkansas and Oklahoma.
