I hired Kesha for an expungement (sealing) of an old felony conviction and also to pursue a pardon. She has worked tirelessly to get my conviction sealed, even going to the extent of driving several hours in her car to talk to the prosecutor, hand deliver documents, and get some things straightened o...ut with the court. Along the way, she has been very friendly and very easy to contact via text or phone call whenever I needed to speak with her. I reached out to Kesha Marie several months ago when I had a run in with a physician. I scheduled my annual check up with my physician that I had for nearly 4 years, when I arrived at my appointment the nurse practitioner I saw prior to the doctor told me that I “had” to have a papsmear - even though... I had one the year prior and specifically told her I did NOT want one. She then told me that they would not be able to fill my birth control UNLESS I let them give me a papsmear. After a very unfortunate and demeaning visit to this doctors office I reached out to kesha for advice. I knew what this NP told me was unethical and it made me feel extremely uncomfortable and like I had no choice over what they were going to do to my body. After kesha consulted me and told me my gut feeling was right, I informed the doctors office that it is in fact not required by any form of insurance to have a papsmear in order to get a perscription to birth control and that I would no longer be using their office for my annual checkups. I am so glad that I reached out to kesha, she was extremely helpful, called me back very quickly and gave me the confidence to stand up to something I knew wasn’t right.
