Martha-Kay Augusta Crowder

Martha-Kay (Gus) Crowder is an attorney at Odom Law Firm in Fayetteville, Arkansas, where she represents clients in personal injury matters, including trucking and automobile collisions. She earned her J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where she served as an Associate Member of the Board of Advocates.

Gus is deeply committed to advocacy and professional service. She is a member of the Washington and Benton County Bar Associations and the American Association for Justice. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association’s New Lawyer Network and represents District A in the Young Lawyers Section of the Arkansas Bar Association. She is licensed to practice in both the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.

Gus’s passion for personal injury law is rooted in personal experience. When she was in second grade, her father was seriously injured in a car wreck, forcing her stay-at-home mother to return to work while her father recovered over the next year and a half. That experience drives her commitment to being the advocate she wishes her family had during that difficult time.

Originally from a small town in the Arkansas Delta, Gus moved to Northwest Arkansas for law school and now lives in Madison County with her husband and their two dogs on his family’s cattle farm. Outside of her legal work, she plans and hosts the firm’s social and team-building events. In her free time, she enjoys painting, antiquing, hosting friends and family, and spending time with her six nieces and nephews.
