Jim Rose III

I hired jim rose, this lawyer lack of work . unprofessional , don't want to called his client back , after he get paid in full. Ever sit down with me to repair my documents. Called him alot of time, likely return my phone ones, the bottom like is I ever never since in my life before. He not deserve... for his practice license.

My family reciently hired Mr. Rose for a case. The ammount asked for for the case was payed upfront. Mr.Rose says (thats how i do business). Our case went on for over one year. In this time we were unsuccessful 9/10 times to be be able to reach him by phone or in office. We witnessed hearing Mr.Rose... several times saying to other college's and random people that he gets payed upfront for cases and whatever happens happens. This very unsettling. Unfortunately the family was unable to afford another attorney to take on the case. I could go on for hours about the misrepresentation,,unfrofessional conduct and most importantly the lack of interest in the case he might as well been asleep in the court room when it became that time.
