Stewart Calhoun Rose

As an attorney with Smith Hurst, Cal provides counsel to professional service providers, business entities, executives, entrepreneurs and their businesses.  Cal focuses his practice in healthcare law including working with physicians and practice groups, company formative matters and capital raising, operational, transactional and planning matters including entrepreneurial services, contracts, business choice of entity, entity governance (including advising Boards of Directors, senior management and controlling shareholders), mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity financings.  Having graduated at the top of his class from the University of Arkansas School of Law, Cal is currently continuing his education by obtaining a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University. Cal is a native of Blytheville, Arkansas.
