Randall has helped our family through a very difficult procedural/civil rights issue against a powerful foe. He is soft-spoken and has a dry sense of humor, which to an aggressive person like me was initially a bit difficult to understand. He is responsive to calls, listens carefully, and helps to calm us down when we are overly-emotional or fearful. He has never over-promised and is not boastful or full of bluster and bombast. He is, however, a thoughtful, moral man who does his best to protect the interests of his clients. He takes the time to get to know you personally, which is a big plus, and he is tremendously professional at all times. In my business experiences, I have had interactions with multiple attorneys dealing with a variety of business and personal issues. I am an educated man and have very specific expectations of attorneys with whom I work. I would use Randall again and believe he has a very bright legal future ahead of him.
