I retained Kelsey in November of 2018 for custody. The day I called her she saw me and immediately began working on my case. She was very matter of fact through out the case, never once misleading me or making promises. Her court room presence and ability to communicate with other members of the lega...l field was impressive. She truly had the best interest of my child and I. She went above and beyond to recommend and Ad Litem who would best serve my son. She worked with me on my payments, she always answered and still answers every email within 24 hours and if i leave a voicemail it is also returned in 24 hours. I retained KELSEY BOGGAN early January, 2019. We signed an agreement regarding a family law matter. I wrote her a large check and was told I’d also never billed monthly. I’ve paid accordingly however, she has NOT. She took over 30 days to serve my ex. And only after I called numerous times, email...ed and went to her office asking why. Her explanation was lame. She stated, “sometimes people are hard to serve”. My ex is a state employee, his hours are listed on lune. He has a regular 9-5 and also has a residence in a non gated community fully accessible. I knew this was a spin hub but decided to move forward when she finally had him served. Fast forward to today, May, 2, 2019; I’ve spent months trying to get status and ANY COMMUNICATION with her to no avail. She has used the excuse her phone was lost several times and at least twice stated her office phone wasn’t working. I’ve sent over 29 emails, left over 8 voice messages either staff when the phones working....that’s hit or miss, and today have called 3 times, her office phone just rang and rang and then disconnected. I finally removed my Caller ID and miraculously someone answered her office phone. They confirmed she’d received my messages. I asked if she was still with the firm or practicing law??? They said yes and they’d ask her to communicate with me again. Jordan, the staff person said he couldn’t force her to communicate or “hold her hand”. Well, someone needs to. I understand if someone is out, in court or even depressed and might have a delay of response in a few days but this is way beyond that! I’ve been trying to reach her this time since 4/11. It’s now 5/2. I’m not sure if she’s negligent or just lazy. Poorest experience I’ve EVER had with an attorney that I “thought” was representing me and my son. DON’T WALK AWAY.........RUN.........And don’t look back.
