Justin has done two adoptions for me. For that I am very grateful. We did hit a little bump in the road as far as getting paperwork. But Justin made it right. He listened to me and took my feelings into consideration. But first and foremost he is an awesome person and attorney. I highly recommend him... to anyone wanting to do an adoption.

My husband and I are seeking to adopt a child, and we contacted Adoption Arkansas for a consultation. I spoke with them this morning, and Justin Heimer is the most valuable resource we’ve found, to date. I’ve never had any agency take the time to fully explain all aspects of domestic adoption the way... he did. I thought I was already pretty knowledgeable, but I feel so much more prepared for this after this consultation. We’re now waiting for availability.

We worked with Justin for the successful adoption of a beautiful child. I can't speak highly enough of the experience. When you work with Justin, you know that because he's an AAAA fellow, you are getting a lawyer committed to ethical adoptive processes that respect every party. We wanted to respect ...our child's first mother, and he helped us do that in a way that will benefit her and our family. His office is clear about the fee schedule up front and screens clients to make sure everyone knows what they are getting into before signing. While his office itself seems a bit overwhelmed at time with work, I never had a problem contacting him personally. He was available throughout the process for questions, even sometimes when he was on vacation. Last but not least, he seems to enjoy his job, which really helps give you confidence when you're talking about the wellbeing of children.
