Represented auto dealership in case alleging breach of contract and wrongful termination. This case required the court to allow a basis for “good cause” which had not previously been determined by Tex ... as Courts. When the Trial Court granted summary judgment on my behalf based on a “good cause”, Gorbet appealed. The 14th Court of Appeals in Houston upheld our judgment. When appealed to the Texas Supreme Court, the Court declined to hear the case, finding no fault with the Appeal.
