OUTCOME: I filed suit in Circuit Court, and was able to postpone the eviction, vacate the auction, and re-title the house back in the elderly woman's name.

Elderly woman's home was sold at auction. Buyer got foreclosure ratified, and moved to evict. District Court granted the eviction. To summarize: The auction happened. The Deed was in the Buyer's name. ... Elderly woman was ordered to vacate. Just before Christmas!
