Handled my bankruptcy case and throughout the process was surprised to find out Scott Hunter Jr. had very limited knowledge of the law for bankruptcy and the different aspects. He filled my case but his knowledge stopped at that. After talking with other local attorneys and research online, come to f...ind out his knowledge was being acquired as he continued handling my case, don’t think I want to be the case that teaches this attorney bankruptcy law and how the court systems work. I guess this explained why he was not very attentive to my case. Could never get a hold of him or get any calls returned to me after I filled. Would not recommend this attorney and after talking with other local attorneys, I think I could have found a much more attentive and trustworthy attorney if I would have done my research first.
