Do yourself a favor, and do not hire this attorney. To call him unreliable would be an understatement. Ben is unworthy of his license to practice. He regularly bites off more than he can chew -- taking on a massive caseload for the revenue it provides, but ultimately remaining unwilling to put in the... work that's necessary to handle those cases properly. My experience as Ben's client taught me that he has a questionable work ethic, lacks attention to detail, and doesn't undertake due diligence. Simply put, he lacks care for his client's interests; it shows in his actions, and that's a fatal flaw. His communication habits are another failing of his, as they're virtually non-existent. He may as well be charging his clients to do nothing for them. Zero out of ten, would not recommend.

The man does what he says. He's been nothing short of awesome. Very affordable, very understanding, easy to talk to, doesn't tell you anything to sell himself, very genuine person, very bright young man, very reasonable down payment and very low monthly payments. That's how he worked for me. I was lo...oking at prison time with my charge. I'm on parole. He told me that, that wasn't gonna happen. He proved it and kept me out of prison. He is a man of his word. Give this man a shot. You won't be disappointed.
