Biography
Aaron D. Heller is a partner at Owens, Mixon, Heller & Smith, P.A. He is licensed to practice in the State of Arkansas as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western District of Arkansas. Mr. Heller previously served as Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Ronald Sheffield, Associate Justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court.
Aaron has years of experience assisting local families and businesses with general legal needs, including estate planning, wills, trusts, probate matters, family law, and real estate transactions, and has twice served as the chairman of the Arkansas Bar Association's Elder Law Section. Additionally, Aaron regularly handles civil appeals.
Mr. Heller also regularly assists state and national creditors with debt collection, creditor's rights in bankruptcy, general litigation, and advises them on legal issues relating to commercial, consumer, and agricultural lending. He also provides appellate advocacy for creditors and on family law issues.
