Thomas Franklin Donaldson Jr.

Mr. Donaldson was paid in July 2008 to file bankruptcy for me and continued to have me believe he had done so, after months of waiting and waiting for a court date. He then informed me in March 2009 that he had been lying to me and hadn't yet filed it yet. He said he had just been busy, and mistaked ...me for another client. Although in order to get in touch with him, I had to make an appointment and come sit face to face with him in his office. At one point he even went so far as to call the court house and see what the hold up was on me receiving my court date, all along knowing that he was lying to me and had still not filed my paperwork. He finally filed my paperwork in March after coming clean and admitting that he had been lying for almost 10 solid months to me. That very date I received a court date, but after 10 months of complete dishonesty and bold face lies- I'm very hesitant on the fact that he will even show up to court to conclude my case.
