Prior to my mother's death, Mr. Changose advised us about estate planning and avoiding probate. After her death he prepared and filed all the documents necessary with the court in order to dispense with formal administration of the remaining estate as it was valued under $100,000. He also drafted a...nd submitted all the documents necessary to collect the funds in a mutual fund account that was not transferable on her death. He was professional, timely, and extremely helpful in settling my mother's estate and related financial matters. In addition, his fees were far lower than I expected based on my previous experience as an executor for my uncle's estate. If I ever have to do this again, or need a lawyer for some other matter, I will seek him out for his invaluable assistance.
