Luke Barrow Hill

Luke Hill, a life-long Arkansan, was born and raised in Little Rock. He attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, followed by his law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law. While in law school, Hill had the opportunity to clerk for both small and large law firms, where he learned how to practically serve clients.

After law school, Luke returned home to Little Rock and began his career with a large commercial insurance company, working to interpret and apply complex health insurance regulations. He later transitioned to the electric utility industry. While those roles provided valuable insight into corporate and regulatory matters, Luke ultimately realized that his true calling was working directly with individuals and families in need of personal guidance and advocacy.

Growing up in Little Rock, Luke was familiar with Rainwater, Holt & Sexton and admired the firm’s dedication to helping people through some of life’s toughest moments. Today, he is proud to be part of a team that shares his commitment to serving others with compassion and integrity.

Luke is licensed to practice law in Arkansas and Tennessee. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and cheering on the Razorbacks. Luke and his family are active members of Immanuel Baptist Church.
