Jessica Vaught was born in Arkadelphis, Arkansas. She completed her undergraduate degree at Baylor Univeristy, and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the Unioversity of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law in 2002. She is a member of Pi Alpha Delta.
