Jeffrey Ryan Priebe

Jeff Priebe is a native Arkansan born and raised in Mountain Home, Arkansas. After graduating from Mountain Home High School, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Business in 1998 and a Juris Doctorate in 2001, both from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.

After passing the bar exam in 2001, he began his legal career serving as an Assistant Attorney General under Arkansas Attorney Generals Mark Pryor and Mike Beebe. That experience gave him a deep appreciation for public service and the importance of standing up for others.

He later joined retired General Wesley Clark’s 2004 Presidential Campaign as in-house counsel before moving into private practice with national law firms like Armstrong Allen and Wilkes & McHugh. Eventually, he became a partner at James, Carter & Priebe, where he continued to grow his reputation as a dedicated advocate for his clients.

Today, at Rainwater, Holt & Sexton, Priebe focuses on nursing home and assisted living litigation, representing residents and families whose loved ones have been mistreated. He’s committed to helping people find justice—whether in court or through the arbitration process . In addition, he brings extensive experience across a wide range of other types of personal injury cases.

Priebe is licensed to practice law in Arkansas, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, and before the United States Supreme Court. In addition, he is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, a Board Member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, and participates in various other legal organizations.
