Justin C. Zachary

During his career, Justin has been helping the people of Arkansas go up against some of the largest corporations in the world.  Justin is passionate about helping those in need.  His whole life he has been fighting for the underdog.  It’s what drove him to practice plaintiffs injury law and is a big reason he has had so much success and representing injured people and their families.  

Justin graduated law school from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.  Justin set himself apart in law school by his service to the community and his ability to effectively present complex legal arguments in a simple way. 

Arkansas holds a special place in Justin’s heart.  It’s where he went to law school, met his wife, and raised his kids.  Representing Arkansans in the their times of need is what drives Justin to be one of the hardest working lawyers in the state.    

Ever since obtaining his law license, Justin has been involved in trial both big and small representing Arkansans.  Because of his litigation success, Justin has been recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine as a rising star, an award given to only 2.5% of lawyers practicing within the state.  The National Trial Lawyers Association has also named Justin one of the Top 40 under 40 trial lawyers.

Justin has worked on cases in over 10 States involving car wrecks, eighteen-wheelers, brain injuries, highway construction zone wrecks, wrongful deaths, product liability and eminent domain. Regardless if it is a car wreck, the loss of a loved one, or the government taking your property, Justin can make sure that you are getting what you deserve.  No matter the circumstances, Justin can and will fight hard to obtain justice for his clients.

On the rare instance when Justin is not in the courtroom or working hard on a case, you can find him on Horseshoe Lake with his wife, Heather, playing basketball in the driveway with his son Shepard, practicing volleyball with his daughter Grace, or playing dress up with his youngest daughter Cecelia.
