Fired him for ineffective assistance of counsel. He failed to ask one question of the Vocational Expert regarding my disabilities. He failed to prepare an opening brief for the ALJ. He was rude and quite blunt. Failed to provide adequate answers to my questions. Was unprepared for the ALJ hearing and... posed incorrect questions about my disabilities. Currently have to file an appeal with the Appeals Council due directly to his ineffectiveness and inability to write a post-hearing brief that the ALJ could understand. He failed to supervise his office staff and I had to obtain documents for my case because his staff was unable to process the requests in a timely manner.

I was denied by social security then turned to mike angel. I have chronic fibromyalgia. This disease is life long and there is no cure. They took my case immediately said I more then qualify for my age and condition. Even though I got denied again I'm nog going to give up and question his ability. I ...have been told he is good. I trust my case in his hands. They answered my questions anytime I called. Said to be patient because social security can be hard to get even with a lawyer.
