Giana Marie Messore

I’m going to be as short as possible. I hired Giana through Cordell and Cordell Men’s advocate attorneys. That’s a joke in its self . Giana did not ethnically or morally represent as per her oath. Giana lied to me and to the court in representing my earnings , Giana was friends with opposing counsel.... She and opposing counsel worked together to strip me of all my rights. She advised me poorly as to my rights to custody of my daughter,and that was most devastating. She also gave away my legal rights to my spouses 401k plan and I have the documentation to prove it . I live in one of those good old boy states where even finding a honest attorney to file legal malpractice charges or getting the Ethics Commission to do their job is about as likely as the NRA supporting any strict gun law changes. Not going to happen. I couldn’t rest until I at least warned the poor unsuspecting fathers that think Men’s advocate attorney means that they are on your side . Cordell and Cordell was made aware of Giana Messore and what was going on, and they did nothing. Makes one believe she is doing exactly what they put her there to do . Strip away as many rights as you can from any man . This attorney and this firm mean you no good if you are a man . You’ve been warned .
