What does it mean when a judge says found under advisement, 90 days if no violations ocurr deffendent need not appear in court?

Sounds like if you stay out of trouble for 90 days it will be dismissed and you don't even have to go back. But I'm not a lawyer in VA either.

I don't think its constitutional to make an indigent person pay if the appeal is lost. Make the lawyer appeal that, too.

You need to get a lawyer because DV cases are too serious to be taken lightly. These cases take on a life of their own.

Why would it be dismissed? The store security will be there to testify at court, and they always take these very seriously.

Do you mean "superseding indictment?" If so, that means the Grand Jury found sufficient evidence to indict you for something else.
