Call the clerk and see if you can pay instead. They almost always want the money and will take it from anybody.

It happens all the time in sex cases. Get a good lawyer who does a lot of sex abuse cases.

Depends on the statute of limitations in the state where it happened, which almost certainly has run. And, a false arrest case doesn't necessarily...
