BEST LAWYER IN ARKANSAS FOR FAMILY ISSUES!

My case has involved many years, multiple states, and multiple court interventions. Trey has always answered my calls, text, or emails. I have NEVER had to wait for him. I NEVER had a question that didn't get answered quickly. There was even times that I literally asked the same question probably 10 ...times, and every time, Trey took his time and explained things to me until I understood it completely. There isnt one thing I would change in how he handles his cases and clients. He honestly cares about you and your family, while most lawyers just care about the money. I have hired Trey multiple times, and if I ever need another lawyer, I wont hesitate to call him again.

Great custody attorney

Trey is an honest and hard working attorney. He will tell you exactly what he thinks and if you have a good case or not before taking anything more than a consult fee. He knows the law and he is not afraid to show some teeth if needed. We had a nasty custody battled and he was with us every step of t...he way. We won our case without ever having to go to court (a Dad got custody in Arkansas I know shocking but that is how great he is!). He pays attention to details and is always available to answer questions. His staff are very professional and nice as well. He is worth EVERY PENNY.

EXCELLENT ATTORNEY!

By chance, I came across Trey through Google. I serached for reviews and liked what I read, although it was not much - it was enough to make me decide to give him a call. After a brief phone conversation, my husband and I scheduled a consultation. Neither of us had ever paid for a consultation with a...n attorney before (we always used the "no consultation" attorney's), but now we know for sure you get what you pay for! He was straight forward and honest from the beginning. Thankfully, we had the consultation with him, because only about three weeks later - we needed him. With short notice (2 days), Trey prepared the papers and was able to get temporary emergency custody granted. Through out the entire process, discovery, trial prep, etc. - Trey was a great attorney! He promptly responded to calls and emails. We were very confident going into court with Trey representing us. He successfully won the case and my husband was granted full custody of his children! We will use Trey again for yet another upcoming case with the children's mother. We are yet again confident in Trey's knowledge, capability, and professionalism. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TREY! IF YOU NEED A GREAT LAWYER THAT WILL REPRESENT YOU, HIRE TREY! An individuals responsibility as a client is to provide his/her attorney with AS MUCH information as possible. Remember, treat others the way you want to be treated! If you want good representation, be a good client. If you want great representation, be a great client. If you want EXCELLENT representation, HIRE VICTOR "TREY" WRIGHT, III!

Excellent lawyer!!!

Trey was very professional and made me feel prepared for our day in court. He kept me informed every step of the way. Every call and every email to his office were answered promptly. All of my questions and concerns were addressed thoroughly. I felt confident going into court with Trey. He was w...ell prepared for every aspect of the case. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone going through a divorce and custody battle.

Hired him for a divorce, thousands later, no divorce and decommissioned as a client.

If you want to be embarrassed in court with a lawyer who is late to court, doesn't show up to court and charges you a fortune for nothing at all, hire this man... otherwise look elsewhere!!!! I not only lost everything, I was expected to do all of the exploratory evidence ON MY OWN and file all the ...paperwork with the court, when I attempted to contact Trey Wright I never recieved a call back.... Until he felt I owed him money! Then I'd hear from his secretary who works in a completely diffrent state!!!! Stay away from this one!!! I was never informed I was entitled to any of the properties of my divorce, never informed pretrial of what to expect, but was expected to be prepared. AND was informed after spending thousands that our business was concluded (except for more MONEY i OWED HIM?!)after a separation that he handled poorly, when i hired him for a divorce!!!! That I did not get!!! lost kids and property. Don't be the next victum of this con artist.

Mr. Wright responding here: I am unsure as to who this client is, which is inherently a problem with people posting anonymously. As stated earlier I am unsure which case this is as it does appear to be any case I have worked on so it is quite difficult to respond to the allegations. If it is an actual case, I imagine the individual does not want me to know who they are because they are concerned that if I am able to respond with the truth their baseless accusations will be proven to be false. If this individual would like post their name, consent to my discussing the facts of the case, and allow me to rebut the accusations stated, I will be glad to do so. His or her failure to do so is an indication that their accusations have no basis in fact.
