Chad grew up in central Arkansas, graduated from the University of Arkansas, and earned his Juris Doctoris degree, while on the dean’s list, from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law (one of the top 20 law schools in the United States according to U.S. News and World Reports). He is licensed in both state and federal court.
