Chad Lewton Cumming Jr.

I am a shareholder with Gill Ragon Owen, P.A. and a native of Little Rock, I earned my undergraduate degree at Westminster College, my teaching certification at the University of Texas at Arlington, and mymaster’s degree in Education Administration at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Before entering the practice of law, I taught and held administrative positions in both public and parochial schools for ten years. I graduated with honors from the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law and joined the Arkansas Bar in 2008. I chair the Education Law Practice Group, and I am a member of the Arkansas School Board Association, the Council of School Attorneys, and the National Association of Bond Lawyers. I also serve on the Arkansas Bar Association's Law-Related Education Committee and the Law School Committee. In the past, I have served as chairman of the Board of Trustees for Camp Mitchell and as a member of the Executive Council for the Episcopal Diocese of Arkansas. My wife Jennifer and I have two children, and we attend St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church in Little Rock.
