He represented my son , charged me $8500.00 to do so and would not got to trials d sent his under dog to court when was the one hired to represent my son, then they convinced my son to say he was guilty to all the charges and it's not right to not at least investigate the charges . Instead Clay might... as well been prosecuting my son there was no defence .

When I initially spoke with Clay he seemed interested in taking my case if I were to be charged and also said he would call me if a warrant was put out for my arrest so that I could turn myself in. He never called so I was arrested unexpectedly. I called him several times to set up appointments and h...e nor his secretary called back. They could have at least called to let me know that he was no longer interested in my case or was too busy to take it on. Either way I feel like the situation was handled unprofessionally.
