David R. Cannon

I first hired David Cannon in 2008. I recently used him again to represent me in criminal court, because I was charged with several counts of possession of controlled substance. However, the circumstances as they were, the police did not have probable cause nor a search warrant; and my 4th amendment ...rights were violated in an illegal search and seizure. David was nothing short of AMAZING!!! He was kind, empathetic, and totally professional. He has always called me back personally when I have had to leave a message with his office staff. They are also all very polite, kind, and professional. He won my case by proving that the police violated my rights and all the charges were dropped and the case dismissed. I hope that I never have the need to hire an attorney again. However, if such need arise, I will most definitely hire David Cannon.
